What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC or Industrial Refrigeration systems
• Strong working knowledge of 2-ton to 100-ton commercial HVAC equipment or industrial refrigeration systems
• Universal EPA Section 608 Certification
• Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicles
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment efficiently
• Install new HVAC and refrigeration systems according to specifications
• Maintain accurate service records and parts documentation
• Prioritize safety on every job site
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
