Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales Development

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for targeted specialty markets
• Analyze customer needs and identify new market opportunities to drive penetration and growth
• Manage customer/stakeholder relationships throughout the entire cycle: pre-sale consultation, technical sales, and after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Technical & Customer Support

• Provide technical consultation and hands-on support to customers on product applications and solutions
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Technical Service, and Operations team and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Translate complex technical features into clear commercial value that aligns with customer needs

Business Development

• Contribute to strategic initiatives including partnerships, collaboration projects, and business opportunities
• Gather and analyze market insights to support product development and innovation pipelines
• Work closely with NBPD and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business plans and corporate KPIs
• Understand study/project objective, define activitiy & execution roadmap and deliver outcomes in a timely manner
• Perform preliminary feasibility study/ feasibility of assigned projects on technical or non-technical aspects (market,legal, business, HR and IT etc) and coordinate with relevant parties which cover both greenfied and M&A project
• Collaborate with project teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, HR etc.) as well as advisors/ partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Align both internal and external stakeholders for project achievement

Strategic Execution

• Play an active role in the execution roadmap by integrating marketing, sales, and technical service strategies
• Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making
• Track performance against KPIs and ensure business objectives are consistently achieved

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Petroleum/Petrochemical Technology are preferred and MBA,  or other Engineering discipline/ Economics.
• At least 3-5 years experiences in petroleum/petrochemical or High Value Business or related, project management and financial analysis & valuation is advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively utilize MS Excel and Powerpoint and other MS offices to support business analysis and works
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Fluent in English with strong professional communication skills
