HYBRID - Front end UI developer specializing in accessibility

DESCRIPTION

CAPITOLE is hiring someone with very strong accessibility expertise, closer to an expert-level accessibility engineer than a general mid-level front-end developer.

The person needs to be able to work independently on identifying, debugging, and resolving accessibility issues in shared components and applications, and should have strong practical experience with accessibility standards, implementation patterns, and validation.

ADP need a contractor focused on resolving accessibility defects in the shared component library.

This role is hands-on and execution-oriented, with responsibility for identifying issues, implementing fixes, validating outcomes,

and helping prevent repeat accessibility problems across reusable components.

Experience level

In practice we need someone with very strong, near-expert accessibility experience rather than a more general front-end profile.

Service description

Requires strong front-end engineering skills and significant practical experience identifying, debugging, and fixing accessibility issues in shared UI components and applications.

The contractor should be able to work independently, resolve complex accessibility defects, validate outcomes against expected standards and user behavior,

and improve quality across reusable component patterns. This is not a general front-end developer search. We need someone with deep accessibility expertise.
