Hybrid - Reporting Analyst

Work Arrangements:

• Work Location: MOA, Pasay
• Work Shift: Night Shift
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-4x a month RTO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain recurring investment, investor, regulatory, and compliance reports.
• Refresh and validate data from approved sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform quality checks, reconciliations, and investigate reporting discrepancies.
• Execute scheduled reporting processes, monitor system jobs, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and reporting documentation.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and internal teams to support reporting requirements.
• Track assigned tasks, provide status updates, and manage or escalate requests appropriately.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, investment operations, or performance reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and handling large datasets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured processes accurately.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php107,000.00 per month
