Status: Part-Time (20hrs per week)

Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Creative Content

• End-to-End Video Production: Edit engaging, high-quality video content following current best practices and brand standards, primarily using Adobe Premiere Pro and Riverside (in-app editing).
• Collaborative Creation: Pitch ideas and propose creative changes prior to implementation to ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Platform Management: Upload, organize, and manage media assets across platforms including Frame.io, Riverside, SoundCloud, and Google Drive.
• Graphic Design: Create polished social media graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets using Canva.

Virtual Assistant & Platform Administration

• GoHighLevel (GHL) Management: Maintain and build out CRM workflows, email campaigns, funnels, or contact pipelines within GoHighLevel.
• Organization & File Management: Maintain strict, logical folder structures and asset organization within Google Drive and cloud storage platforms.
• AI Tool Integration: Utilize AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline workflows, draft content, or optimize internal processes.
• Marketing & Funnel Support: Support digital marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns, audience engagement tactics, and social media scheduling.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively stay up to date with new platforms, emerging software, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven Hybrid Experience: Strong background operating as both a Virtual Assistant and a Video Editor—equally proficient in technical administrative tasks and video production.
• Video Editing Software: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and in-platform editing tools like Riverside.
• Marketing Background: Direct experience with digital content strategy, brand building, email marketing, funnel creation, or social media engagement.
• High-speed, reliable internet connection and a high-performance workstation capable of smooth video rendering.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Frame.io, SoundCloud, and advanced Canva functionality.
• File Organization: Superior organizational skills, specifically with complex Google Drive file structures.
• AI Tool Familiarity: Comfortable incorporating tools like ChatGPT and Claude into daily workflows.
• Communication & Collaboration: Clear, proactive communicator who seeks input before finalizing major creative decisions. High attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Mindset: Resourceful, independent problem solver who doesn't rely on SOPs for every scenario.
