Hydraulic Cylinder Engineer

• Responsible for design, development, validation and continuous improvement of hydraulic cylinders used in forklift trucks and material handling equipment. Tasks
• Design lift, tilt, reach, steering and auxiliary cylinders.
• Create 3D models and drawings .
• Perform speed, strength, fatigue, buckling and pressure calculations.
• Define specifications and support durability, pressure and leakage tests.
• Support suppliers, quality improvement and cost optimization.
• Lead root cause analysis and product improvement activities. Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Hydraulic or Vehicle Engineering.
• 3+ years hydraulic cylinder design experience; forklift industry preferred.
• Knowledge of seals, welding, machining and hydraulic systems.
• Good Chinese and English communication skills.
• 3D, SAP and MS Office proficiency. Personal Competencies
