Key Responsibilities

Selection and sizing of Hydraulics components for construction equipment like Skid Steer Loader, Backhoe loader, Excavator, Compactor Perform calculations, make hydraulic schematics, conduct simulation Integrations of Hydraulic parts in the equipment layout Hydraulic related plumbing design and routing on CAD software and 2D drawing preparation PIR resolution, DFMEA , test requests and design documentation Resolve internal and external customer complaints, conduct field visits whenever necessary

• Selection and sizing of Hydraulics components for construction equipment like Skid Steer Loader, Backhoe loader, Excavator, Compactor
• Perform calculations, make hydraulic schematics, conduct simulation
• Integrations of Hydraulic parts in the equipment layout
• Hydraulic related plumbing design and routing on CAD software and 2D drawing preparation
• PIR resolution, DFMEA , test requests and design documentation
• Resolve internal and external customer complaints, conduct field visits whenever necessary

Experience Required

Knowledge of applicable standards, calculation at vehicle level for component sizing, selection, and design of hydrostatic drives, valves, pump, plumbing routing & brackets Ability to interpret results from FEA, Knowledge of using hydraulic simulation tools is preferred CREO 3D Modeling and 2D Drafting Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Principles, DFMEA & Visual Mock-up basic knowledge Understanding of tools used for Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving Application knowledge of PLM Tools (e.g. Teamcenter & Enovia) Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills Good presentation skills

• Minimum 10+ years of Industry experience.
