About the role
Supervise the inspection, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic systems and heavy equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise hydraulic mechanics and equipment maintenance activities
- Inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components
- Assign tasks and monitor work progress
- Check repairs and ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Coordinate with operators and other site teams
- Monitor tools, spare parts, and maintenance requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site standards
- Report equipment issues and maintenance progress to management
About you
- Proven experience as a Hydraulic Equipment Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and heavy equipment
- Experience in supervising mechanics or maintenance personnel
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and leadership skills
- TESDA NC II or related certification is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite and in demanding conditions
