Job Summary

Delta Gulf General Transport is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of hydraulic systems on heavy machinery and construction equipment.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience working with major machinery brands such as CAT, Komatsu, JCB, TEREX, TADANO, and Link-Belt.

Major Machinery Experience

Candidates must have proven practical experience with several of the following:

• Caterpillar (CAT)
• Komatsu
• JCB
• TEREX
• TADANO
• Link-Belt

Experience with excavators, cranes, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, telehandlers, and other heavy construction equipment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems on heavy machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic faults, pressure loss, leakage, overheating, and abnormal equipment operation.
• Inspect and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, pipes, and fittings.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, rebuild, and reinstall hydraulic components.
• Perform hydraulic cylinder repairs and seal replacement.
• Repair and replace hydraulic pumps, motors, control valves, and related components.
• Perform hydraulic hose fabrication, replacement, and installation.
• Conduct hydraulic pressure and flow testing using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
• Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery.
• Perform hydraulic oil and filter replacement according to maintenance schedules.
• Identify the root cause of hydraulic failures and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Carry out emergency and field repairs when required.
• Work closely with mechanical and electrical technicians to diagnose complex machinery faults.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all repairs are performed safely and according to manufacturer and company standards.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic.
• Strong hands-on experience with heavy machinery and construction equipment.
• Proven experience working on CAT, Komatsu, JCB, TEREX, TADANO, and/or Link-Belt machinery.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, and hydraulic control systems.
• Ability to diagnose hydraulic problems independently.
• Ability to use hydraulic pressure gauges, flow meters, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic schematics.
• Strong experience in hydraulic cylinder repair and rebuilding.
• Experience in hydraulic hose repair and fabrication.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Experience handling machinery breakdowns and field repairs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of workshop and equipment safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in workshop and outdoor/field conditions.
• UAE/GCC heavy equipment experience is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
