Hydraulic Production Supervisor

About the role

This role involves planning and controlling production activities to achieve quality, efficiency, and delivery targets, with responsibility for supervising machinery and equipment assembly according to 2D drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control production activities to achieve quality, efficiency, and delivery targets
• Supervise machinery and equipment assembly according to 2D drawings, specifications, and required standards
• Monitor product quality and resolve production issues to meet departmental targets
• Supervise, train, and provide guidance to production team members
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime according to production requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, PPE regulations, company rules, and ISO quality standards
• Coordinate and communicate with foreign supervisors or colleagues when required

About you

• Vocational Certificate, Higher Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production control or supervision
• Able to read and understand 2D machinery drawings
• Good production and people management skills
• Knowledge or experience in hydraulic systems will be an advantage
• Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing
• Good health and ability to work in a manufacturing environment
