Position Overview/Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Supervisor makes assignments by outlining the overall objectives and the resources available. The employee and supervisor, in consultation, discuss time frames, possible approaches, and scope of assignments including possible stages.
