Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of piping crews on our projects
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings to plan and lay out piping systems
• Direct installation of hydronic piping systems, pumps, boilers, chillers, etc
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements
• Schedule manpower, assign tasks, and monitor productivity to meet project deadlines
• Perform material take-offs, order supplies, and coordinate deliveries to maintain efficient workflow
• Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation, pressure testing, and system performance
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain project progress
• Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping records, and progress updates for management
• Enforce company safety policies, conduct jobsite safety meetings, and ensure proper use of PPE
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning phases

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a Hydronic Pipefitter
• Able to pass a background check and a drug screening
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
