Hydropower Design Specialist – Bids & Proposals

Bring your hydropower design expertise to shape the technical side of our bids in India for studies, DPRs and detailed design of conventional hydro and pumped storage projects.

What you will do

Review RFPs, ToRs and terms & conditions to define scope, risks and evaluation criteria.

• Develop the technical approach, methodology, work plan and schedule.
• Define the staffing plan and man-month inputs for the cost estimate.
• Coordinate inputs from discipline leads and partners, and ensure technical quality and compliance of each submission.

What you bring

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Master's in Engineering preferred (Hydraulics, Water Resources,

Geotechnical or Structural).

• 8+ years in studies or design of hydroelectric projects (dams, intakes, HRT, surge shafts,

penstocks, powerhouses).

• Knowledge of hydropower practice and DPR preparation in India.
• Experience in technical proposals for the Indian market is a strong plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
