HYDROPOWER ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor hydropower project schedules and implementation.
• Supervise installation, construction progress, quality, and site safety.
• Manage contractor and supplier performance.
• Coordinate technical teams and resolve project implementation challenges.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
• Prepare project progress reports and coordinate with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in hydropower installation and construction management.
• Experience managing the complete installation process for at least 2 projects.
• At least 3 years of experience as an engineering supervisor in a hydropower construction company.
• Intermediate-level professional engineering title or higher.
• Level One Construction Engineer qualification in Mechatronics is an added advantage.
• Experience in large-scale hydropower construction or factory projects is preferred.
