HydroSeeder Operator/ Laborer

Responsibilities

• Operate hydroseeding equipment safely and efficiently to apply seed, mulch, fertilizer, and tackifier on construction and landscaping sites
• Assist with construction utility work, including utility locating and excavation support to prepare sites for hydroseeding activities
• Support construction grading activities and site preparation tasks to ensure proper soil conditions for hydroseeding projects
• Follow all federal construction safety regulations, equipment safety procedures, and site-specific safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machinery in optimal working condition
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to construction site experience standards

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, or similar construction equipment
• Knowledge of construction utility work, excavation, grading, and site preparation processes
• Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures
• Prior construction or landscaping experience is highly desirable; familiarity with equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to safety regulations and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
