Location: Katy, TX

M&M Talent Group is seeking experienced Hydrotest Technicians to support industrial fabrication and testing operations in Katy, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing hydrostatic pressure testing on piping, vessels, and fabricated equipment while following strict safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hydrostatic pressure testing on piping, vessels, and fabricated equipment.
• Set up hydrotest equipment, pumps, hoses, valves, gauges, and connections.
• Verify test components and ensure systems are properly prepared before testing.
• Conduct pressure tests according to established procedures and specifications.
• Monitor and record pressure readings, test times, and results.
• Identify leaks, pressure loss, or other issues during testing.
• Assist with troubleshooting and correcting test-related issues.
• Safely drain, depressurize, and prepare equipment following completed tests.
• Maintain accurate testing documentation and records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous hydrotesting or pressure-testing experience preferred.
• Experience working with industrial piping, vessels, or fabricated equipment.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, test procedures, and pressure-test documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work safely around pressurized systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as required.
• Ability to work in a fabrication/shop environment.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.
