Hydrovac Operator

Overview

Endless Black Ribbon Logistics is a West Texas based company that has been serving the Permian Basin and Delaware Basin since 2023. We are looking for experienced, qualified and confident operators and technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operation of Equipment: Efficiently and safely operate the Hydrovac's componenets (vacuum, high pressure water system, commercial vehicle) in order to complete jobs as requested.
• Safety: adhering to all applicable regulations and requirements (Federal, State, Company, Customer) and wearing required PPE at all times.
• Maintenance: Doing daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections on vehicle as well as all Hydrovac equipment. Keeping all equipment assigned to you clean and in good working order. Being able to troubleshoot and make minor repairs while on location.
• Job & Site Preparation: Performing JSA, setup and breakdown of equipment before and after start of daily work, barricade or fence off excavated areas.
• Documentation and Reporting: Reporting any discrepancies found during inspections, submit work orders for repairs on vehicle and equipment. Keeping accurate logs of hours, work performed, fuel usage, take pictures of work and complete daily reports for all jobs.

Qualifications

• CDL: Valid Commercial Drivers License (Class A or B) with a Tanker Endorsement.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Hydrovac and 4 years with a CDL.
• Technical Expertise: High level of knowledge on the systems you are operating to keep equipment running and healthy
• Physical Capabilities: Able to work in all weather conditions, any environment, and able to handle long days of physical labor. Operating high pressure wand, lifting boom hoses, removing heavy debris or obstacles when required.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills, will communicate with job supervisors and foremen, team members, your supervisor.
• Self Sufficiency, don't need someone to walk you through everything.
• Safe Driving habits
• in depth knowledge of mechanical operation, parts and maintenance of commercial vehicles and hydrovacs is a big plus

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
