Dental Hygienist – Oviedo Dental Arts

Oviedo Dental Arts is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a patient-centered private practice committed to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
• Take digital X-rays and accurately document clinical findings
• Complete periodontal charting and assess patients’ oral health
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and recommended treatment
• Assist the dentist in identifying periodontal and restorative concerns
• Maintain proper infection-control and sterilization standards
• Provide compassionate care and help patients feel comfortable
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical notes

Qualifications:

• Current Florida Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Local anesthesia certification preferred
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Experience with dental software and digital X-rays preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
