Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00)

Hygiene Compliance Administrator We are looking for an organised and proactive Hygiene Compliance Administrator to support our hygiene operation within a busy food manufacturing environment.

The role will provide administrative support to the Hygiene Management Team, helping to ensure compliance records, training documentation and operational paperwork are accurate, organised and kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Maintaining hygiene and compliance records
• Updating training and competency records
• Supporting risk assessment, COSHH and SOP/CWI documentation
• Maintaining audit and action trackers
• Collating information for KPI and compliance reporting
• Supporting preparation for internal and client audits
• General administrative support to the Hygiene Management Team

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and confidence using Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and Word. Previous experience within food manufacturing, hygiene, compliance or a similar environment would be advantageous.
