Responsibilities:

• Conduct swab test on kitchen utensils and food handlers’ hands.  Request for improvement
• actions if results below requirements and follow up accordingly ;
• Arrange laboratory test on finished products, consolidate and document the testing results and request for improvement actions if test results below requirements;
• Perform hygiene inspection and monitoring in kitchen, workshops and sales floor to ensure the operation complies with all statutory requirements and in-house hygiene standard;
• Work with external hygiene audit team to perform audit
• Suggest and adjust the standards and requirements of checking, with reference to the company latest requirements and requirements;
• Arrange, participate and monitor the stores hygiene cross-checking on bi-annual basis;
• As a hygiene specialist, monitor the stores hygiene periodically and conduct training to various parties if required.
• Other ad hoc duties as required by management such as vendor selection process and different levels of hygiene checking.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Science related subject, preferably in Food related disciplines;
• Certified FEHD Hygiene Manager with basic knowledge of Food Chemistry, Microbiology, GMP and HACCP;
• 2 years working experience in Food & Catering industry, preferably with at least 1 year solid experience in the field of quality assurance in retail-stores operations;
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in computer operations (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing);
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
