Hiring: Dental Hygiene Scheduling & Patient Reactivation Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Dental Hygiene Coordinator to join our growing dental practice.

The primary goal of this position is to keep our hygienists’ schedules consistently full by proactively contacting patients, reactivating overdue patients, and maximizing appointment bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call and text overdue and inactive patients to reactivate them and schedule hygiene appointments.
• Maintain a consistently full and productive hygiene schedule.
• Contact patients who are due or overdue for their 3-, 4-, or 6-month hygiene recalls.
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled hygiene appointments.
• Fill last-minute cancellations and open appointment slots.
• Maintain an organized patient recall and reactivation system.
• Build relationships with patients and encourage consistent preventive care.
• Track daily calls, appointments scheduled, reactivated patients, and scheduling results.
• Work closely with the front desk and hygienists to maximize scheduling efficiency and patient retention.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous dental front-office, recall, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent phone communication and patient relationship skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
