Hygiene Service Campaign Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails regarding hygiene service bookings, product orders, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on hygiene products, cleaning services, and sanitation solutions.
• Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote special offers and upsell hygiene-related products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign targets and service-level agreements.

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, or cleaning services is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
