Hygiene Supervisor

The hygiene team and provide ongoing training to maintain performance and standards, Supervise the hygiene and food safety condition and provide ongoing training to maintain performance and standards, checking on cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment to ensure effective practices, Monitor cleanliness and hygiene levels, implementing quality control measures across all areas, Address hygiene-related concerns promptly to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary sciences or a related field to food safety. Relevant certifications.
• Supervisor: 1-2 years of experience in hygiene roles within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Training certificate related to food safety as Highfield level 4, HACCP level 4, or related certificates.
• Proficient in reporting and auditing skills to maintain the Hilton Food safety and HACCP standards.
• Computer skills and Microsoft office expert.
