What they need
superstar hygienist needed to complete our family
must be able to walk and chew gum at the same time (multi-task)
limited to 2 internal cat fights per month (team player)
must be able to fake laughter at Dr's jokes and boring stories
we have amazing staff and patients (95% of them)
1 hour per patient, even though not usually needed
patients are on 3 month maintenance, decent home care-not much sand blasting required!
fun office, no friday, Saturday, sunday hours
no medicaid or PPO
you can practice the way you were trained
