Hyperion -Practice Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end implementations of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and HFM.

• Cloud Migration: Guide technical infrastructure plans for moving legacy setups to Oracle Cloud EPM.

• Business Development: Support pre-sales activities, proposal writing, and client engagement.

• Team Leadership: Provide functional guidance and technical oversight to developers and consultants

• Lead strategy: Direct the design, architecture, and deployment of Oracle EPM and Hyperion tools.

• Manage practice: Drive business growth, handle resource allocation, and mentor team members.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion products and solutions.
• Proven experience in owning and driving practice strategy, including revenue growth, capability development, and service offerings.
• Strong track record in hiring, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience managing customer relationships and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, estimations, presentations, and business development support.

Preferred Profile:

• Ability to lead Hyperion practice initiatives and drive business growth.
• Strong consulting mindset with experience in enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions.
• Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams.
