IAC Quality Inspector (Inter Array Cable)

SGS is seeking an experienced IAC Quality Inspector to support offshore cable installation and quality assurance activities for a major upcoming offshore wind project in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of inter-array cable systems.
• Monitor offshore installation and construction activities.
• Review inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Verify compliance with project specifications and industry requirements.
• Support contractors and project teams during installation activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of inspection experience related to subsea cables or similar equipment.
• Experience in offshore wind, offshore construction, cable manufacturing, or oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of cable installation, testing, and quality control processes.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
