IAM & Automation Specialist

Location: Poland

Employment: Full-time

A leading global insurance organisation is looking for an IAM & Automation Specialist to join its technology team in Poland.

This is an opportunity to work across identity and access management, process automation, data and AI, helping to improve how applications are onboarded, managed and offboarded across a large international organisation.

The role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies and contribute to digital transformation initiatives that have a direct impact on efficiency and user experience.

The Role

• Improve and optimise the onboarding process for applications connected to the organisation’s

IAM environment

• Support the maintenance, optimisation and cleanup of applications already integrated into the

IAM landscape

• Analyse data and identify opportunities to automate application onboarding and offboarding

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to improve processes and user experience

• Develop and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

• Work with data, APIs and scripting to improve existing processes

• Explore the use of AI and modern technologies to support process automation and digital transformation

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the wider technology environment

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, automation, digital transformation and AI, together with practical experience across some of the following:

• Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI

• SQL

• REST APIs

• Python

• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

• Excel automation using tools such as OpenPyXL, XlsxWriter or xlwings

• Process automation and digital transformation

You should also be:

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• A strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset

• Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders

• Interested in learning and applying new technologies

• Fluent in English

• German language skills are advantageous
