Job Description:

STAFFXPERT . is seeking a senior IAM Architect for a short-term consulting engagement focused on assessing IAM architecture, improving system integrations, and enhancing user access experience. This is primarily an assessment and advisory role , not a hands-on implementation position.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IAM Architecture or Enterprise Security Architecture.
• Expertise in SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and identity federation.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or similar IAM platforms.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, MFA, and access governance.
• Familiarity with SailPoint, CyberArk, IGA, and PAM solutions.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, and cloud security (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience assessing enterprise integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
• Strong stakeholder communication, technical documentation, and roadmap development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess existing IAM architecture, security controls, and user workflows.
• Identify technical gaps and recommend future-state architecture.
• Develop a prioritized improvement roadmap with actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical teams and executive leadership.

Ideal Candidate: A senior IAM Architect with strong assessment, consulting, and architecture experience who can independently deliver recommendations within a short-term engagement.
