IAM Consultant

Responsibilities

This is a business-facing role centered on enabling Application Owners and Application Teams to document authorization concepts and entitlements in a structured and compliant way.

• Review existing authorization and entitlement documentation.
• Pre-fill the cloud-based documentation tool based on available information.
• Prepare and organize application onboarding activities , required inputs and guide Application Owners and Application Teams through the onboarding process.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and unclear or missing information.
• Supporting stakeholders through review and sign-off.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Administration , or a comparable mix of education and practical experience.
• Good understanding of IAM principals , authorization concepts and entitlement structures.
• Experience with application documentation or access-management processes.
• Understanding of access risks , entitlement criticality, and recertification logic.
• Experience in stakeholder management .
• Strong communication and facilitation skills , and ability to work effectively with Application Owners, IT managers, and technical teams.
• Fluent English and Polish skills .
• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office ( 1-2 times a week ).
• Nice to have: experience in insurance sector or similar area with strong regulations.

Salary ranges

B2B Contract: 110 - 140 PLN net/h
