IAM Cybersecurity Engineer

Context

You will join a team working in IT and cybersecurity operations, managing and securing enterprise environments with a diverse technology stack.

Missions

• Manage and support authentication and authorization systems
• Implement and maintain IAM (Identity and Access Management) and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) solutions
• Operate and configure CyberArk (PAM) for privileged access management
• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Windows Batch, and Excel VBA
• Monitor security incidents and manage vulnerability tools
• Administer network security and firewall configurations
• Support IAM workflows including recertification and reconciliation
• Collaborate on security monitoring and incident management processes

Tools & Environment

• Operating Systems & Databases: Windows, SQL Server
• Development Technologies: Java, .NET, PHP, JavaScript
• Scripting: PowerShell, Windows Batch, Excel VBA
• Application Servers: Tomcat, IIS
• IAM / PAM / SSO solutions
• Security monitoring tools and vulnerability management
• Infrastructure: Active Directory, Red Hat IDM / Directory Services
• Monitoring tools (nice-to-have): SCOM, Dynatrace, Splunk, Elasticsearch
• EDR / Anti-malware solutions (nice-to-have): Tanium, Trellix, Qualys
• Additional tools (nice-to-have): SailPoint IIQ, ServiceNow, GitLab / CI-CD pipelines, SharePoint

Working Conditions

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in IT / Cybersecurity Operations
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Languages:
  • English: Fluent (mandatory)
  • French: Preferred
  • Dutch: Not required

1. Minimum 3+ years in IT / Cybersecurity Operations
2. Strong knowledge of Authentication & Authorization
3. Experience with IAM & RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
4. Experience with CyberArk (PAM)
5. Proficiency in Scripting (PowerShell, Batch, etc.)
6. Understanding of IT Security principles and best practices
7. Experience with IAM / PAM / SSO solutions
8. Knowledge of IAM workflows, recertification, reconciliation
9. Experience in Security monitoring & incident management
10. Familiarity with Vulnerability management tools
11. Knowledge of Network security and firewall administration
12. Infrastructure knowledge including Active Directory and Red Hat IDM / Directory Services
13. Understanding of Computer networking fundamentals
14. Nice-to-have skills: Monitoring tools (e.g. SCOM, Dynatrace, Splunk, Elasticsearch)
