What they need
Role Summary
- Support development and enhancement of SailPoint IdentityIQ platform for enterprise IAM at Providence.
- Contribute to identity lifecycle automation, access governance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure SailPoint IIQ (v8.x) components: LCM, Access Requests, Certifications.
- Build and support workflows, rules (BeanShell), forms, and tasks.
- Assist in implementing Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes.
- Support integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, and ServiceNow.
- Perform aggregation, provisioning, and reconciliation activities.
- Troubleshoot issues, support incident resolution, and perform root cause analysis.
- Assist with access reviews, SoD controls, and audit support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and support runbooks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years hands-on SailPoint IIQ experience.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors
Java / BeanShell, XML, REST APIs
Understanding of:
Identity lifecycle management and access provisioning
IAM fundamentals (RBAC, least privilege)
Experience working with AD/Azure AD integrations.
