What they need
What do you need to succeed?
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
- Certification in Identity Security Engineer has added advantage
- Understanding of Lifecycle events workflow (Joiner, Mover, Leaver and Rehire etc)
- Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, EntraID and LDAP)
- Knowledge of database administration (SQL and MSSQL)
- Experience with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, XML
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and experience in supporting and collaborating with an international user community
- Shift flexibility and schedule adherence are required for the position.
