IAM Engineer (Sailpoint)

Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. The role focuses on identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC/ABAC, automation, and compliance, leveraging technologies such as SailPoint, PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Key Requirements:

• 6-10+ years of IAM, Identity Governance, Security Engineering, or Security Architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud.
• Experience in identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access certifications, SoD controls, and access governance.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and IAM integrations.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, GCP, enterprise applications, directories, and HR systems.
• SailPoint certifications are highly preferred.
