IAM Manager (Identity & Access Management)

We are looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineering Manager to join the Cybersecurity team and lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IAM solutions. In this role, you will lead IAM engineering teams, oversee identity security initiatives, and deliver authentication, authorization, identity governance, and privileged access solutions. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to strengthen security, support digital transformation, and ensure the successful delivery of IAM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor IAM engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
• Design, implement, and improve IAM strategies and solutions.
• Manage authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, privileged access, and identity governance solutions.
• Oversee IAM platforms, operations, automation, and continuous improvements.
• Integrate IAM solutions with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, and SaaS systems.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to deliver effective IAM solutions and address security needs.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and IAM best practices.
• Lead project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and delivery.
• Review technical designs, maintain documentation, and improve operational processes.
• Support Zero Trust, cloud migration, and other digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience leading IAM teams and delivering enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, identity protocols, and leading IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions across cloud, enterprise applications, APIs, and security technologies.
• Relevant IAM or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk) are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
