Hiring: IAM Specialist – Japan

We are looking for an experienced IAM Specialist with expertise in Google Workspace (GWS) or Office 365 to join our team in Japan .

Job Details

• Role: IAM Specialist
• Location: Japan
• Experience: 4–5 Years

Experience & Education

• 4–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and user lifecycle management, cloud directories, and security protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Key Skills & Qualifications

Language Proficiency

• Fluent/Native Japanese with the ability to interpret, translate, and converse fluently.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Technical Expertise – Must possess at least one:

• Google Workspace (GWS): Basic understanding of IAM, user provisioning, and organizational unit management.
• Office 365: Basic understanding of identity and access management, user lifecycle, and administrative support.

Communication

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical instructions for end-users.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to maintain professional composure in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical assistance for user accounts and ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Manage user access rights and identity lifecycle tasks within GWS or O365 .
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users by accurately interpreting and translating support queries.
• Create and maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for local users in both Japanese and English .
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure data compliance and operational security.
