Job Summary

Spark Techwave InnovationZ Pvt Ltd is looking for an IAM Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support identity and access management solutions across enterprise IT environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, RBAC, user lifecycle management, and access governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user identities and access across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Create, modify, disable, and remove user accounts based on access requirements.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Manage user groups, roles, permissions, and access policies.
• Support identity federation using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA-related issues.
• Perform access reviews and support periodic user-access certification.
• Implement least-privilege access and segregation-of-duties principles.
• Support privileged access management and administrative account controls.
• Monitor IAM events, authentication logs, and access-related security alerts.
