Join our iC Consult India team as a IAM Technical Architect, One Identity , either Remote at our locations in Pune.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define the end-to-end OIM target architecture: data model extensions, process orchestration, synchronization design, Job Server topology, Web Portal and API Server.
• Lead requirements workshops with business, HR, security, audit and application owners, and turn their needs into high-level and low-level designs.
• Design identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver), role mining and role models (business roles, IT Shop), attestation campaigns and SoD/compliance frameworks.
• Set the integration strategy for HR sources (SAP HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors), directories (AD, Entra ID, LDAP), SAP R/3 and S/4HANA, cloud and SaaS apps (SCIM, Starling Connect, custom connectors), and ITSM (ServiceNow).
• Architect high availability, disaster recovery, performance, security hardening and multi-environment setups (Dev/Test/Prod), including transport and DevOps pipelines.
• Lead upgrades and migrations, such as OIM 8.x to 9.x, on-premises to cloud or hybrid, and moves from other IGA tools (SailPoint, Omada, MIM) to OIM.
• Define coding, customization and configuration standards so the platform stays close to standard OIM and can be upgraded. Review designs and code from delivery teams.
• Design integrations with PAM (One Identity Safeguard, CyberArk), access management (Entra ID, Ping, Okta) and SIEM/SOC for a unified identity security platform.

Preferred Qualifications

• One Identity certifications (e.g., One Identity Manager Certified Professional / Architect track).
• Experience with One Identity Safeguard, Active Roles, Starling Connect or One Identity Manager On Demand.
• Knowledge of other IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada) for comparison or migration.
• Architecture or security certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP or CISM.
• Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, pharma, automotive or public sector.
• Consulting or multi-client delivery background.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

• Deep, hands-on expertise in One Identity Manager (9.x preferred), including Designer, Manager, Synchronization Editor, Job Server, DBQueue, IT Shop, attestation and compliance modules.
• Proven track record as lead architect on at least two end-to-end enterprise OIM implementations.
• Strong VB.NET and C#, plus advanced MS SQL Server skills (data model, performance tuning, indexing).
• Experience with the OIM API Server, Web Portal customization (Angular/TypeScript) and REST integrations.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP authorization concepts and HR-driven provisioning.
• 10+ years in IT, with 6+ years in IGA and at least 4 years architecting One Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.
