Must Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of SailPoint and how relevant identity components work together
• Hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise, including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping, and MFA
• Experience leading cross-company IAM integrations that enable users across separate organizations to securely access each other's systems

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Partner with the client identity lead to shape cross-company IAM architecture and translate the design into implementation activities
• Provide hands-on engineering, integration testing, and deployment across agreed identity components
• Independently own assigned delivery activities while coordinating two IAM delivery resources across locations
• Coordinate implementation, testing, and deployment activities with the client identity team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity management and access issues throughout implementation
• Ensure IAM activities comply with applicable security policies and standards
• Support documentation of IAM processes, procedures, architecture, and implementation details
• Help drive secure identity integration between two large enterprise environments while maintaining alignment across technical and delivery teams
