I&C Maintenance Engineer

San Miguel Global Power is seeking a qualified I&C Maintenance Engineer to join the Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Department at Luzon Power Dynamics Services Inc. - Limay 1, Limay, Bataan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting instrumentation and control system maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability improvement initiatives, and technical support activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and control-related issues affecting plant operations.
• Support reliability improvement initiatives for plant control systems and equipment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize instrumentation and control system performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, modifications, maintenance activities, and operational data.
• Provide technical support to DCS Engineers, technicians, and operations personnel.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to plant automation and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Instrumentation and Control Maintenance.
• Professional Engineering License is required.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
