About The Role As an I&E Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and instrumentation construction projects in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, directly contributing to the success of vital energy operations. You'll work with a skilled team and collaborate closely with clients and contractors to deliver results that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of electrical and instrumentation construction projects
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively
• Inspect construction sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Approve or reject construction work based on compliance and quality benchmarks
• Communicate regularly with clients and contractors to keep projects on track
• Resolve construction disputes swiftly and professionally
• Stay current on the latest construction technologies to improve project outcomes

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
• Experience working in the oil and gas industry

Compensation & Schedule

• Target pay rate of $80-$90 per hour
• Work schedule: 10/4 rotation, 8-10 hours per day
• Contract duration: 12 months+
