Summary of Description:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding.
• Ability to walk on even and uneven surfaces.
• Ability to wear PPE including fire retardant clothing, hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, respirator.
• Ability to walk up to one mile on industrial plant and construction sites outdoors at any time of the year.
• Ability to work in protective clothing which may elevate body temperatures by several degrees Fahrenheit for periods of up to 15 minutes without a break.
• Ability to use multi-level stair towers and rung ladders unassisted.
• Ability to hear safety alarms and signals while wearing hearing protection.
• Ability to sit at desk and operate computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk and hear.
• Ability to see with visual acuity and distinguish between colors.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.

Job Description:
Turn2 Specialty Companies is seeking licensed and non licensed, reliable, and safety-oriented Electricians to join our team!

An Industrial Electrician will be responsible for installing conduit, pulling wire, and terminating. Must be familiar with NFPA 70 E Electrical safety protocol.

Electricians must be familiar with basic electrical temporary power installation. (480 and 120 volt.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Installs cabling.
• Services and replaces motors and lighting.
• Installs conduit.
• Performs general electrical maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Industrial Electrician trade certification preferred; NCCER or equivalent. If not, Turn2 can administer a skills evaluation test to determine level of entry.
• Experience with PLCs and Automation highly desired.
• Industrial electrician experience: Minimum 4 years required.
• Able to work unsupervised.
• Able to follow instructions and prioritize tasks.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar industry (e.g., oil & gas, manufacturing, utilities).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $48/hour with $145/day per diem (where applicable)

Expected Hours: 50 - 60 hours

Schedule: 3-month duration.
