The role requires a blend of domain expertise, business transformation knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to respond to complex RFPs and client pursuits and be client-facing to pitch the transformation mandate • 15+ years of experience in transformation consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, or managed services. • Expertise in business transformation, operating model design, roadmap development, and value realization. • Strong experience in RFP or RFI response management, deal shaping, and solutioning for large transformation engagements."
