• Analyze market, consumer, economic and competitive factors impacting business performance. Support demand planning, forecasting, market share analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, scenario planning and IBPM activities while driving process improvements and data quality.
• Demand Planning, Forecasting, Market Analysis, Commercial Analytics, Market Share & Volume Analysis, Scenario Planning, Data Interpretation, Advanced Excel, Reporting, Dashboard Development, Business Insights, Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Collaboration. What are we looking for?
• A data-driven professional with 5-7 years of experience in business analytics, marketing insights, reporting or forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, forecasting knowledge, commercial acumen, advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations. Deliver market planning, forecasting and business insights services by transforming consumer, market and commercial data into actionable recommendations. Support strategic planning, demand forecasting and business performance through reporting, dashboards and analytical insights. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support demand planning and forecasting by analyzing market, consumer, category and economic trends. Evaluate business drivers, competitor performance, market share and volume trends to support strategic decision-making. Perform data validation and quality checks, prepare forecasts, scenarios, reports and dashboards, and generate actionable business insights. Support IBPM planning activities, collaborate with marketing, finance, supply chain and planning teams, identify market opportunities and risks, and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and insight quality.
