IB Client Support Executive - Fresh are welcome

Job Responsibilities

Client Support & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients through live chat, email, social media, and phone.
• Handle a broad range of client inquiries, including account opening, account setup, and technical issues related to platforms and applications.
• Investigate client feedback, provide timely resolutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Sales Handbook & Training Material Management

• Maintain and update handbooks and training documentation for sales clients (e.g. Onboarding guides, video tutorials, FAQ documents) to reflect current operations and policy changes.

Ad Hoc Administrative & Operational Support

• Support cross-departmental requests and projects, as assigned (e.g., assist with generating CRM reports when needed)

Job Requirement

• Prior experience in a customer service role within the related industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with customer support tools, CRM systems.

• Proficient in verbal and written Chinese and English.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and resolve issues effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple client inquiries and tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including afternoons (up to 10 PM) and nights (up to 12 AM) as needed
