IB Manager – Forex Industry

Baazex Financial Consultancy LLC is looking for an experienced and target-driven Introducing Broker (IB) Manager to develop, manage, and expand our IB network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new Introducing Brokers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing IB partners.
• Explain the company’s IB program, commission structure, and services.
• Support IBs with client acquisition and account activation.
• Monitor IB performance, deposits, trading activity, and business volume.
• Reactivate inactive partners and help them achieve assigned targets.
• Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer support, and management teams.
• Ensure all IB activities follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IB Manager in the forex industry.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing Introducing Brokers.
• Must have an active IB network.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
