IBD SVP (Chinese state owned securities,Execution )

Job Descriptions:

• Execute comprehensive corporate finance operations, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), capital market refinancing
• Conduct industry and company research, perform financial analysis, and develop financial models
• Participate in the due diligence process for corporate finance transactions
• Manage investment project initiation, strategy formulation, and channel analysis
• Assess potential deals, originate and execute new business transactions and maintain client relationships
• Prepare corporate presentations and business proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / Accounting is preferred
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous
• At least 5- 8 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in investment banking
• Substantial knowledge of listing rules and relevant regulatory requirements
• SFC Type 6 license required
• Able to work under pressure with good team work
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
