Responsibilities

• Master written, verbal and non-verbal language and conversation skills, grammar and fluency
• Develop proficient typing speed and computer skills essential for customer service roles. Understand how to use different CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Prepare for the recruitment process through mock interviews and weekly assessments
• Demonstrate excellent communication, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation while communicating with others by the end of the program
• Boost confidence and groom the candidate’s personality to professionally handle customer support and other customer-facing roles
• Collaborate with top industry professionals and prepare to represent Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley Giants on a global scale
• Candidate should be minimum Matric or O Levels pass. Bachelor’s degree or diploma would be a plus
• Candidate should be 18 years or older (You will be required to show your CNIC during the interview)
• Basic English grammar and verbal skills (A1/A2 level minimum)
• Basic understanding of computer usage and typic skills
