Job Summary
Looking for an IBM CMOD Support Engineer with strong production support and troubleshooting experience. The candidate must have very good knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) .
- Troubleshoot CMOD application, document ingestion, retrieval, and batch-processing issues.
- Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and support activities.
- Monitor jobs, logs, system processes, and scheduled activities.
- Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with application, database, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in IBM CMOD .
- Excellent Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting skills (mandatory) .
- Good knowledge of Unix commands, file systems, permissions, and job scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Databases .
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
