Role Overview
We are seeking an IBM Maximo Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects for global clients. In this role, you will analyze business workflows, configure core Maximo modules, and optimize enterprise asset management (EAM) and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements & Solution Design: Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders; translate operational needs into clear business requirements (BRD) and functional specifications.
• System Configuration: Assist in configuring and supporting core IBM Maximo modules (Work Orders, Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Inventory).
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test scripts, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.
• Training & User Support: Deliver end-user training, maintain knowledge-transfer materials, and provide ongoing functional support for maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields; 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an IBM Maximo Functional Consultant, BA, or Application Consultant.
• Functional Expertise: Strong grasp of maintenance and asset management lifecycles (Work Management, PM schedules, Spare Parts/Inventory).
• Technical Familiarity: Foundational understanding of Maximo integration frameworks (MIF), data migration, and reporting concepts.
• Language & Communication: Strong English communication skills (comfortable working directly with international users and multicultural teams).

Nice to Have

• Official IBM Maximo Certification.
• Project experience in the Rail / Transportation industry.

Pay: Up to 60,000,000₫ per month
