IBM TRIRIGA Developer

Zernam Enterprise Inc. is hiring a Senior IBM TRIRIGA Developer for one of our clients. The successful candidate will develop, configure, enhance, and support IBM TRIRIGA applications across real estate and facilities management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and development tasks.
• Develop and enhance TRIRIGA modules covering Real Estate, Lease, Space, Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, and Capital Projects.
• Configure business objects, forms, workflows, queries, portals, navigation, security groups, and reports.
• Build and support enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, integration objects, data loads, ETL, and middleware.
• Perform data migration, correction, validation, and reporting activities.
• Support unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, reporting, and data issues; identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Prepare technical designs, configuration documents, deployment instructions, release notes, SOPs, and support documentation.
• Follow secure development practices, version control, and release management processes.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, contribute to estimates, and provide delivery updates.
• Support production incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 7–10 years of IT development experience with strong hands-on IBM TRIRIGA development, configuration, and support experience.
• Experience with TRIRIGA implementation, enhancement, upgrade, integration, or application support projects.
• Understanding of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), including lease administration, space management, service requests, maintenance, facilities operations, and capital projects.
• Hands-on experience with Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Form Builder, Application Designer, queries, reports, portals, and security configuration.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, interface troubleshooting, and report development using BIRT or equivalent tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE concepts, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP services, and scripting.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar development and delivery tools.
• Awareness of WebSphere/Liberty, application logs, deployment environments, patching, CI/CD, and incident/change management.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and independent delivery skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud and container deployment concepts.
• Exposure to OpenShift and IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite.
• Familiarity with IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities.

Pay: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
